Starting a private conversation
Keep sensitive information under wraps by starting a private conversation with specific members or groups.
How to start a private conversation?
- Click the text in the post editor that says "What's on your mind right now?"
- At the bottom-right part of the post editor, click the lock icon.
- Enter members or groups you need to start the conversation with.
- Add a title if you need to, by clicking the "+" in the top-right corner of the post editor.
- Type out your message and attach files if needed, from your desktop or cloud by clicking the paper clip icon. We support file attachments from Zoho Docs, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Box accounts. The size limit per file is 30 MB.
- Click Share.

In email sharing, does the entire conversation get shared with the user?
When you share an email, the entire conversation is shared with the respective user. The conversation gets shared irrespective of whether conversation view is switched on or not in your account. Learn more on email sharing here.
Can I change the order in which the emails are displayed in Conversation Views?
By default, the most recent emails appear on top in the Conversation Views. You can change this from your Conversation Settings. Refer here for more details.
