Step 3: Enable Online Payments

How can I:
  • Configure payments via Authorize.Net
  • Configure payments via Forte
  • Configure payments via PayPal
  • Configure payments via Payflow Pro
  • Configure payments via Payments Pro
  • Configure payments via RazorPay
  • Configure payments via Worldpay

To configure payment gateways:
  1. Click the Manage Business icon on the top panel of Zoho Bookings. Note that the General tab is selected by default.
  2. Click Payments.
  3. Check that the Online Payments slider is enabled.
  4. Choose from the following payment vendors:
  • Authorize.Net
  • Forte
  • PayPal
  • PayflowPro
  • PaymentsPro
  • RazorPay
  • Worldpay


To configure payments via Authorize.Net:
  1. Click Enable.
  2. Enter the following information in the pop-up window. You can find these details in your Authorize.Net account.
    • Country
    • Currency - This should be the same as your base currency in Authorize.Net
    • API Login ID
    • Transaction Key
  3. Click Set Up.

Follow these steps to find your API Login ID and Transaction Key.
  1. Log in to https://account.authorize.net/
  2. Click Account from the main toolbar.
  3. Click Settings in the main left-side menu.
  4. Click API Credentials & Keys.
  5. Enter your Secret Answer.
  6. Select New Transaction Key.
  7. Click Submit. Your new Transaction Key will be displayed.

To configure payments via Forte:
  1. Click Enable.
  2. Enter the following information in the pop-up window. You can find these details in your Forte account.
    • Country
    • Currency
    • Merchand ID
    • API Login ID
    • Secure Transaction Key
    • Transaction Password
  3. Click Set Up.

Note:
Your API Login ID and Secure Transaction Key must be the same as in the Forte Virtual Terminal in your Forte account. To find these details:
  1. Log in to your Forte Virtual Terminal.
  2. Select Gateway Key under Gateway Settings.

To configure payments via PayPal:
  1. Click Enable.
  2. Enter the following information in the pop-up window. You can find these details in your PayPal account.
    • Country
    • Currency
    • Email Address - The one you use to sign in to your PayPal account.
    • Payment Options - Choose from either PayPal Standard or PayPal Business
  3. Click Set Up.

PayPal Standard: Choose this when you're collecting payments from customers across the world. They can pay with a credit card even if they don’t have a PayPal account. You will receive payments instantly.
PayPal Business: You and your customers must have a valid US PayPal account. Customers can pay you via an eCheck or from their PayPal balance. However, there will be a transaction fee of 50 cents, and your payments may be delayed.


To configure payments via Payflow Pro:
  1. Click Enable.
  2. Enter the following information in the pop-up window. You can find these details in your Payflow Pro account.
    • Country
    • Currency
    • Patner
    • Vendor
    • User - refers to your username in Payflow Pro
    • Password
  3. Click Set Up.

Note: If you're unable to find your Partner ID and Vendor name in your account, you can refer to it in the email you received when you signed up for Payflow Pro.

To configure payments via Payments Pro:
  1. Click Enable.
  2. Enter the following information in the pop-up window. You can find these details in your Payments Pro account.
    • Country
    • Currency
    • API Username
    • API Password
    • Signature
  3. Click Set Up.

Follow these steps to find details of your Payments Pro account:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click on Request API Credentials under your Profile.
  3. Choose Set up PayPal API Credentials and Permissions under Option 1.
  4. Select Request API Credentials under Option 2.
  5. Select Request API Signature.
  6. Copy the API Username, API Password, Signature and paste them in Zoho Bookings to complete the setup process.

To configure payments via RazorPay:
  1. Click Enable.
  2. Enter the following information in the pop-up window. You can find these details in your RazorPay account.
    • Country
    • Currency
    • Merchant ID
    • Key ID
    • API Key
  3. Click Set Up.


Follow these steps to find your Merchant ID, Key ID, and API Key:
  1. Log in to your Razorpay account and access the Live Mode.
  2. Copy your Merchant ID from the top panel in your account.
  3. Click the Generate Live Key button to get your Key ID and API Key (Key Secret). If you've generated your API Keys before, find your Key ID under the API Keys tab in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.

To configure payments via Worldpay:
  1. Click Enable.
  2. Enter the following information in the pop-up window. You can find these details in your Worldpay account.
    • Country
    • Currency
    • Ecommerce Merchant Code
    • Ecommerce XML Password
    • Pay As Order Merchant Code
    • Pay As Order XML Password
  3. Click Set Up.

Follow these steps to find the information in your Worldpay account.
  1. Log in to your Worldpay Virtual Terminal.
  2. Click Select Merchant Code and choose your Ecommerce Merchant Code.
  3. Click Profile on the left pane to find your Merchant Code and XML Password
  4. Click on Select Merchant Code again and choose your Pay As Order Merchant Code.
  5. Click Profile on the left pane to find your Merchant Code and XML Password.

Note: Make sure that you've turned off Capture Delay Settings in your Worldpay Merchant Interface (in both Ecommerce merchant profile and Pay As Order merchant profile).
