Zoho Recruit's cloud-based applicant tracking system securely stores all your candidates and client data. Your allocated storage space would depend on the edition you've chosen and the number of licenses for your hiring team. Storage space here refers to all your attachments, email attachments.
Zoho Recruit is a cloud-based application that securely stores your customers' data. The storage space is allocated based on the edition and the number of standard licensed users in your organization. The storage space includes the space taken up by email attachments, email templates, and attachments in the records. Also, the number of records that you can add in the Zoho Recruit account depends on the edition you have purchased. In the Free edition, you can add up to 25,000 records and for Standard edition up to 100,000 records. For both the Professional and Enterprise editions there is no limitation.
The default storage space allocated per edition is:
- Free - 1 GB
- Standard - 1 GB + 512 MB /user license
- Professional - 1 GB + 512 MB /user license
- Enterprise - 1 GB + 1 GB /user license
Organizations can purchase additional storage up to 200 GB at a price of 4$/month for 5GB. You can also purchase up to 100 GB of extra storage. To view a breakdown of your current storage usage and available storage space, go to Setup > Data Administration > Storage.
