Submit to Hiring Managers

About the Hiring Manager role:

Hiring Manager is a default role in Zoho Recruit's Corporate Edition. Users with the hiring manager role can;
  1. Create job openings 
  2. Make interview decisions (if they are involved in the interview process) 
  3. Refer candidates for open, published jobs
  4. Add notes.
  5. Perform that blueprint actions (If they are involved in the blueprint process)
You can send candidate resumes in bulk to hiring managers for perusal.


Note: By default, only Administrator and Standard profiles will have access to the feature.


To submit resumes in bulk to a hiring manager:

  1. Click the Candidates tab.
  2. In the Candidates Home page, select the records.
  3. Click Submit to Hiring Manager.
  4. In the Submit to Hiring Manager page, do the following:
    1. Search and enter the Department Name and Job Opening.
       The Hiring Manager Name will be auto populated based on the job opening selected.
    2. Select the Email Template.
    3. If you want to send separate emails to the hiring manager for each candidate selected, then select the checkbox.
  5. Click Send.
 

To submit resumes in bulk to hiring manager from the job opening page:

  1. Click the Job Openings tab.
  2. In the Job Openings page, click a record.
    The Job Openings Details page is displayed.
  3. Click the View Details link.
  4. In the Associate pop-up window, do the following:
    1. Select the candidate names.
    2. Click Action.
    3. In the drop-down displayed, click Submit to Hiring Manager.
    4. Select the Email Template.
    5. Click Send.
Note:
  • While selecting the email template to be sent to the hiring manager, only templates created under the Candidate module will be listed.
  • If the email size exceeds 10MB, then it will be split and sent as two or more emails. If you use the merge field option, then by default, the candidate details will be consolidated into a single email and sent to the hiring manager. Mails will not be sent to hiring managers who have enabled the "Email Opt Out" option.
