Subscription Manager is a privilege given to a user inside Zoho CRM Plus, allowing them to handle payments which is a privilege only available to the admins by default.
Users can see "Subscription Managers" present as a component inside the subscription tab of Zoho CRM Plus. This component displays the list of subscription managers who have been given the payments privilege inside Zoho CRM Plus. Any active Zoho CRM Plus user qualifies to be added as a subscription manager.
Who can add subscription managers?
Admins and Super Admins inside Zoho CRM Plus can add other users as subscription managers.
Who can be a subscription manager?
Any active Zoho CRM Plus user qualifies to be added as a subscription manager.
Revoking the Subscription Manager privilege:
The admin can also revoke the privilege of an added subscription manager. There are two ways by which you can revoke the subscription privilege of a user.
1. From the Subscription tab:
In your admin panel,
1. Click on the Subscription tab and head to the "subscription managers" section. 2. Click on the cross icon against the user for whom you want the subscriptions privilege removed.
2. From the Users tab:
In your admin panel,
1. Click on the Users tab, followed by clicking on the user for whom the subscriptions privilege is to be revoked.
2. Under the user's page, click on the option "Subscription Manager"
3. Click on "Revoke Subscription Privilege"
Note:
Admins can revoke the subscriptions privilege of any user at anytime, meaning which the user's name will no longer appear in the subscription managers list. Whereas, Admins will appear on the "Subscription Managers" list by default and cannot be revoked of the subscriptions privilege.
