You can now sync job openings, candidates, clients, and contacts from Zoho CRM to Zoho Recruit.

Before importing the data, you will need to:

1. Go to the Zoho Recruit page and select Setup > Marketplace > Zoho > Zoho CRM
   
2. Enable the Zoho CRM Integration
   
3. Map the Zoho Recruit modules to Zoho CRM
   
4. Map the Zoho Recruit fields to Zoho CRM
   

To sync Zoho CRM's modules with Zoho Recruit's modules:

1. Click Setup.
2. Under Marketplace, click Zoho Apps.
   
3. In the Zoho Apps page, click Manage.
   
4. Select a sync option:
   
1. 1-way sync Syncs data from Zoho CRM to Zoho Recruit only.
   
2. 2-way sync: Syncs data from Zoho CRM to Recruit and from Recruit to CRM.
   
5. Select the modules to be synced from the dropdown list.
   
6. Once the mapping is complete, click Start Sync.
   

Note: While syncing Potentials and Contacts from Zoho CRM, any accounts not found in Recruit will be created.

• We recommend your organization creates a common custom view for seamless sync between Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit
• Users can view the CRM notes for synced records using the View CRM Notes option in the record details page
• Users can view CRM activities for synced records using the View CRM Activities option in the record details page
