Syncs leads from Zoho Contacts

You can set up sync between Zoho Contacts and Zoho MarketingHub to import all your contacts from Zoho Contact account into a mailing list of your MarketingHub account.

Set Up Sync

1. From the Navigation bar, click Leads and select Sync Services.

2. Navigate to Zoho Contacts sync setup and click New sync. 


3. Enter the following details,

  • Sync Name - This is for your reference.

  • Sync To - Choose the mailing list into which you want to import contacts.

4. Click Next.


Import Result

1. From the Navigation bar, click Leads and select Sync Services.

2. Navigate to Zoho Contacts sync setup and click Active Syncs.


3. To view the Import Result, click View Details on the sync.


You can see number of new leads, re-added, duplicate leads, ignored leads and deleted leads. Upon clicking on the number in any category, the email address of leads will be displayed. For eg. If you click on the the new added subscriber count, the email address of those subscriber is displayed.

Use case

I have updated many new contacts in Zoho Contacts over the period of time. Should I create another sync to import the new contacts?

You don't have to create a new sync, you can make use of the Import Recent Leads button to update your list.

  1. From the Navigation bar, click Leads and select Sync Services.

 2. Navigate to Zoho Contacts sync setup and click Active Syncs.



3. Hover over the sync and click Import Recent Leads.
