A day in the life of a sales person is filled with calls to prospective customers, trying to sell their products. They also receive various support calls from their customers.

A sales person who hasn't integrated phone with Bigin, has to call the prospective customer manually and then switch to Bigin to get the necessary information. Then once the call is over he has to manually enter the details in Bigin.
So his day goes by, making calls, searching for relevant data, and recording the call details.
What if we bring phone inside Bigin?
He can make a call right from Bigin, has all the details of the record right in front and the call log is added automatically.
Setup Phone in Bigin
To setup phone in Bigin
- Go to Setup > Phone.
Under Phone Settings click Buy a Number.
- In the Buy a Number popup, do the following:
- Select the Country from the drop-down list.
- Select the Number Type.
- Choose a number from the options available.
Choose the Payment Duration.
You can choose either Yearly or Monthly.
- Enter the price and click Continue.
- Enter the Billing Details and click Proceed to Pay.
