You can translate your surveys into more than 40 languages. The auto-translation is supported by Google Translate.

How do I translate a survey?

  1. Click Advanced Options on the upper-right side of the survey builder.
  2. Click Translate Survey.

  3. Select the language of your choice in the Languages dropdown list.
  4. Click Translate. The survey will be translated and can be viewed.
  5. Click View Original to view the original text in English.
  6. Type in the new labels for Submit button, Previous button, Next button, Survey title to rename the navigation buttons in the Actions section, and write a customized survey close message for the translated survey in the Survey closed message box.
  7. Click Save.

 

How do I see a preview of the translated survey?

  1. Click Advanced Options on the upper-right side of the survey builder.
  2. Click Translate Survey.
  3. In the Translated Languages section, hover over the language you want to select and click . You'll see a preview of the translated survey.

 

How do I edit a translated survey?

  1. Click Advanced Options on the upper-right side of the survey builder.
  2. Click Translate Survey.
  3. In the Translated Languages section, hover over the language you want to select, and click .
  4. Edit as needed and click Save. The edits will not be translated automatically. Either click the Use Translated link displayed next to the recent edits or, if you have more edits that need translating, delete the translated survey and translate the entire survey again.

 

How do I delete a translated survey?

  1. Click Advanced Options on the upper-right side of the survey builder.
  2. Click Translate Survey.
  3. In the Translated Languages section, hover over the language you want to delete and click Create online surveys. The survey will be deleted.
