From the Navigation toolbar, select Leads and then Products.
Click View all products.
Choose the products you want to compare. You can choose a maximum of three products for comparison.
Click Compare products.
You see various comparison analysis graphs.
There are a number of graphs for product comparison:
Product lead stats: This graph compares the number of leads in each product, which allows you to see which product has the furthest reach. You can use this data to plan how to extend the reach of the products that have fewer leads and also how to engage with the leads of the products with more reach.
Product customer stats: This graph compares the number of customers in each product, which shows you which product is purchased the most. You can use this data to plan which products need increased sales effort and which ones need attention paid to customer retention.
Product lead level stats: This graph compares the number of leads at different lead levels in the products you choose. This allows you to find the lead level that is drawing in the most leads. You can use this data to update your promotion strategies for each lead level.
Product customer level stats: This graph compares the number of customers at different customer levels in the products you choose. This allows you to find the customer level that is drawing in the most attention. You can use this to plan which levels to focus on to retain and maintain happy customers.
Lead generation analysis- A weekly report : This graph is a weekly report which compares the leads generated by each of the chosen products.
Customer analysis: This graph is a weekly report which compares the customers generated by each of the chosen products.
Tips
Choose similar products for comparison. Comparing similar products will give you a clearer idea of how they are performing relative to each other.
Ensure all the parameters of comparison are accurate by filling in all the details of the products for comparison.
The Products module provides detailed reports on every product you add. You can view separate reports on leads and customers. This helps you to gauge the effectiveness of the product and devise the perfect strategies for managing your leads and customers.
Select Leads on the Navigation toolbar.
Select Products.
Click View all products.
Choose the product you want to view the insights for.
Click View insights.
The total number of leads generated from any source in the last week.
This graph gives you the number of leads in each lead level of the product. Knowing the concentration of leads at various levels helps you manage your promotional plans more efficiently.
This graph gives the number of leads generated from different lead origins. This data helps you find which source generates the most leads.
The total number of leads generated from any source in the last 6 months.
Products similar to the current one will be displayed. This data can help you cross-promote your other products. The common leads for the compared products will be analyzed and data will be generated.
This report shows leads by location, allowing you to track the number of leads in a particular geographical area. You can use this data to look up the lead concentration in any geographical location and assess your product's reach across the globe. Use this information to send targeted campaigns to leads in a particular region.
The total number of customers gained in the last week from any source.
This graph gives you the number of customers in each lead level of the product. Knowing the concentration of customers at various levels allows you to manage your customer retention and maintenance plans more efficiently.
The total number of customers gained in the last 6 months from any source.
This report shows customers by location, allowing you to look up your customer concentration in any geographical location and assess your product's reach across the globe. Use this information to send targeted follow-up campaigns to customers in a particular region.
