Upgrade employee licenses
- Sign in to Zoho One.
- Click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.
- Under Subscription, click Manage.
- If you're under the All Employee Pricing plan, click Upgrade Employee/Add-Ons under Manage Subscription.
- If you're under the Flexible User Pricing plan, click Upgrade User/Add-Ons under Manage Subscription.
- Choose the number of licenses you want to upgrade from the dropdown list across Additional Employee, then click Continue.
- Click Make Payment.
Note: The amount displayed is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Downgrade employee licenses
- Sign in to Zoho One.
- Click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.
- Under Subscription, click Manage.
- If you're under the All Employee Pricing plan, click Downgrade Employee/Add-Ons under Manage Subscription.
- If you're under the Flexible User Pricing plan, click Downgrade User/Add-Ons under Manage Subscription.
Note: You can only downgrade unused licenses. For example, if you have ten licences and eight active users, you can only downgrade a maximum of two licenses.
- Enter the number of licenses you want to downgrade, then click Downgrade.
- Click Confirm.
