Upgrade your plan

Looking to upgrade your plan? Here are the simple steps that you can get your work done in less than five minutes. 
 
Before you upgrade, view our pricing page to explore more details. 

Change your subscription 

  1. Navigate to your profile in the upper-right corner. 
  2. Select  Subscription next to Plan.
  3. You will be redirected to the Zoho's payments page.
  4. Click  Upgrade against the plan that you wish to choose. 

Upgrade your plan

  1. Choose your plan between monthly and yearly.
  2. Click Upgrade.
You get a discount of 2 months for yearly subscription. 

Plan details

We support user based pricing so the next step is to choose the number of users you want to add. 
  1. Select Monthly or Yearly in Payment Frequency
  2. Enter the number of users in the  Users add-on
  3. Click Continue
  

Review Order

Take a second look at your order and click  Confirm . To change something you can navigate to the above step and click  Change  on the right. 



Payment Details

You can pay the amount either using the credit card or paypal . Enter the details and click  Make Payment . Once you have successfully completed the payment, you will receive a receipt. 



Upgrade user add-ons 
  1. Select your Profile in the upper-right corner.
  2. Click Change next to  Subscription
  3. Click Upgrade Add-Ons in the the Subscription details page. 
  4. Select the number of users from the drop down.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Confirm the details and click Make Payment.

Monthly to yearly plan

You can modify your plan from monthly to yearly.
  1. Select your Profile in the upper-right corner.
  2. Click Subscription next to Plan.
  3. Select Switch to Yearly.

Update credit card details

  1. Select your Profile in the upper-right corner.
  2. Click Subscription.  
  3. Hover over the Credit Card and you can view Change Credit Card details .
  4. Select Credit Card.
  5. Enter your new card details.








Update billing address

  1. Select your Profile in the upper-right corner.
  2. Click Subscription.
  3. Hover over the Billing Address and you can view Change Billing Address.
  4. Select Billing Address.  
  5. Enter your new billing address.

View transaction details

You can view your payment history and download the invoices from Zoho Sprints. 
  1. Select your Profile   in the upper-right corner.  
  2. Click Subscription.
  3. Select Your Store Details and click Transaction Details. (or) Select Payment History in Recurring On .
  4. View all the payment details and you can also download the PDF  of the required invoice in the Invoice column.
