View Storage Details

Team Admins can get an overview of the storage used by their team from the Dashboard in the Admin console. They can also see how much storage is used for individual Team Folders and by team members.

To view the storage details of your team:

1. Click your team name in the top-left corner and select Admin Console from the dropdown.

The Admin Console page will open in a new tab with the default view of the Admin Dashboard tab.

The indicator in the Storage section will show you the storage space used by your team and the space that's left. You can use this to decide when to buy extra space for your team.

2. Click View All Storage in the right corner.

You can view the storage used by Team Folders and by team members at the bottom. Scroll down to see all the storage details.

Usage by Team Folders

Keep track of how much storage space is being used by different Team Folders. Some Team Folders may need more space for file storage than others. You can ensure that unimportant data does not take up too much space.

Usage by team members

You can look at how much space each of your team members is using to store their personal files and folders. You can ask team members to clear their trash and get rid of unnecessary files that might be using up your account's storage space.

If your team needs additional storage in WorkDrive, you can easily buy storage add-ons.

Available storage add-ons are 10 GB, 100 GB, and 1 TB.

You can select the number of units you need for the required storage add-on. For example, if you need 50 GB, you can choose the 10 GB add-on and enter the units as 5 to get the required 50 GB.

The add-on amount will be automatically added to your WorkDrive subscription for both monthly and yearly plans.
In Zoho WorkDrive, you only pay for what you use. With shared storage, your team storage will be used by members who need it the most without affecting others in your team.

This way, the varying storage requirements of each of your team members are addressed at no extra cost.
