Viewing all tasks in Zoho Connect

Overview

The all tasks view in Zoho Connect gives you the list of tasks from all the boards you are a member of. This list, however, does not include private tasks. You can filter based on boards, assignees, priority, and status. 

How to view all tasks?

  1. Click Tasks in the left navigation pane.
  2. Click the All Tasks tab.
  3. All the tasks from boards you are part of will be listed in the page.

How to apply filters?

By default, the tasks from all your boards are listed. You can select specific boards to view all the tasks within them. Also, when you select specific boards, the assignees from those boards alone are listed under filters.

  1. Navigate to the All Tasks tab under theTasks section.
  2. Click the dropdown, next to All Boards.

  1. By default, all boards are checked. Uncheck the boards you do not need.
  2. Click Done.

You can apply more filters based on assignees, priority, and status.
  1. Navigate to the All Tasks tab under the Tasks section.
  2. Click the funnel icon in the top-right part of the page.
  3. From the dropdown, check filters based on assignees, due date, priority, and task status.
  4. Click Apply.

How to switch to the calendar view?

  1. Navigate to the All Tasks tab under the Tasks section.
  2. Click the calendar icon in the top-right part of the page.
