Once your webinar is over, you can learn how effective it was using detailed analytical reports on registrations, attendee engagement, polls, and Q&A. You can also
download and view responses by registrants if you had customized your webinar registration form by adding fields.
To access reports:
- Click My Webinars on the left pane and select Analytics at the top.
- Click any webinar title to view reports for that webinar. You can view the following reports for each webinar.
Attendees list
This list contains the names and email addresses of your registrants, status of participation, the time at which they joined, and how long they spent in the webinar.
Polls
This report contains the results of all the polls conducted during the webinar and includes:
- Total number and percentage of votes, showing the participation rate.
- Number of votes received for each option in a poll.
- Average rating, for rating questions.
Q&A
You can get a consolidated list of all the questions asked during the webinar and the answers you provided.
