Webinar integration in Zoho Campaigns

Engage your leads before and after webinars through email campaigns. Integrate your Zoho Meeting account with Zoho Campaigns to sync webinars created in Zoho Meeting with Zoho Campaigns. Promote webinars to your contacts lists using templates that contain pre-filled webinar data. After your webinar, send follow-up emails to attendees and registrants, and keep engaging interested leads through newsletters and updates.

With this integration you can:

How-to

Enable integration

  1. Log in to Zoho Campaigns.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Under Integrations, select Apps.
  4. Click Continue to integrate with Zoho Meeting.
    • If you do not have an account in Zoho Meeting, click Try now to create an account and take a trial of Zoho Meeting along with the integration.
    • If you are in the free edition, click Buy now to subscribe to a paid edition of Zoho Meeting and use the integration.

Note:
This integration is only available in the trial and paid editions of Zoho Meeting. 

Create and sync registrants and attendees lists

You can sync the email addresses of your registrants and attendees to Zoho Campaigns, and follow up with them after your webinar. To do this, you need to create two separate lists for registrants and attendees in Zoho Campaigns, into which the email addresses will be synced. After your webinar, you can create follow-up email campaigns and send them to these lists. You can also share your webinar recordings via email.
 
To create a list:
  1. Log in to Zoho Campaigns.
  2. Click Subscribers and select Manage lists.
  3. Click Create in the top-right corner.
  4. Enter the name of your list.
  5. Select whether you want subscribers to add themselves to your list using sign-up forms.
  6. Add a disclaimer message to inform subscribers how you know them.
  7. Click Create and add subscribers.
To activate sync:
  1. Click Subscribers and select Sync services.
  2. In the Zoho Meeting section, click Set up.
  3. Click the Edit Setup icon in the top-right corner.
  4. Enable Sync status.
  5. Select and enter the registrants and attendees list from the drop-downs.
  6. Click Activate.
To edit sync lists:
  1. Click Subscribers and select Sync services.
  2. In the Zoho Meeting section, click Set up.
  3. Click the Edit Setup icon in the top-right corner.
  4. Select and enter the new registrants and attendees list from the drop-downs.
  5. Click Save.

Promote a webinar

After you have enabled the integration and synced your Zoho Meeting account with Zoho Campaigns, the details of webinars you create in Zoho Meeting will be synced with Zoho Campaigns.
 
To create a promotional webinar campaign:
 
  1. Log in to Zoho Campaigns.
  2. Click Campaigns in the top panel and select Advanced campaigns. To view only your campaigns, you can use the Filter by owner option at the top of the campaigns list.
  3. Click Create campaign.
  4. Click Webinars, then select Regular campaigns.
  5. Enter the name of your campaign.
  6. Select the name of your webinar from the dropdown.
  7. Enter the subject for your emails, the sender’s name, email address, and the reply-to address.
  8. You can include the recipient’s name in the to-address field, if you want.
  9. Click Next.
  10. Select a pre-designed template and click Use this template.
  11. Edit the content and select the appropriate tags using the Merge tags option.
    • Note: All pre-designed webinar templates will have the required webinar tags  (webinar name, webinar time, presenter’s name, etc.) already merged into it.
  12. Click Save and proceed.
  13. Optionally, add a preheader then click Next.
  14. Select Recipients and click NextLearn how to add a recipient list in Zoho campaigns.
  15. If you have finalized your content, click Send for review. You can see the preview of your email, and send test emails to verify your content.
  16. After your campaign is reviewed, you can schedule your campaign. The emails will be sent out at the time and in the manner you choose.
