What are Recommendations, Ratings on Facebook, and how can I manage them on Zoho Social?

Recommendations

As of late July 2018, Reviews are now Recommendations on Facebook. Recommendations are endorsements (simple "yes" or "no" with tags, texts, and images) given to your Facebook Page to keep your customers at bay and your business up and running.

Ratings

Ratings are auto-generated based on the public Recommendations given to your business Page on Facebook. Only the Pages that have the Recommendation option enabled will exhibit the Rating, and a page may not have a Rating if it hasn't got enough Recommendations.

 

To track and manage Recommendations and Ratings of your Facebook page belonging to a Brand on Zoho Social, follow the steps given below.

1. Click on the Monitor tab.

2. Now, hit the orange (+) button present at the bottom right corner of the window.

3. Select Reviews as the column type to view and oversee Recommendations and Ratings associated with your Facebook page.
