1. Email:
To Email a Card,
- Go to a Card
- Click on the ellipsis menu
- Select Send as Mail
- Type the recipients' email address separated by a comma. You can also add a subject and message and choose the format of the file (.pdf and .png).
2. Schedule emails:
This can only be done if the recipient is added to Zoho Social as a team member.
By scheduling a Card via email, your clients will receive the Card in their inbox periodically. To do this:
- Go to a Card
- Click on the ellipsis menu
- Select Schedule
- Type in the names of the clients you want to schedule the mail to. You can also add a message and choose the format of the file (.pdf and .png).
