Please note that the pause/ resume feature is available only for the Admins in the Standard Plan and above.
All the posts that were previously scheduled or get scheduled will be on hold until an Admin clicks Resume.
If a post's scheduled time has elapsed, it will be automatically moved to
Unattempted Posts. Unattempted Posts is a new category under
Unpublished Posts.
Learn what happens when the posts are resumed. Later on, you or the post author can reschedule the posts, right from Unattempted Posts view.
Also note: - Once you've paused the posts in a Brand, your message will be automatically shared on Collaborate, visible only to the team members of the Brand.
- If you have invited your clients as client members with read-only access, you'll have to tag them in the comment to make this post visible to them. However, if you've invited your clients as team members, they will be able to see your message on Collaborate.
- Team members will be informed through an email sent from the name of the Admin who paused the posts.
Please note that pausing posts will not restrict team members with publishing permission from publishing or scheduling new posts. However, they will be informed with an alert when they try composing a new post for the first time.
