What is an organization blacklist?
The organization blacklist can be defined for those senders and domains that you suspect might be spam. Navigate to the Spam control section in the Control Panel and add the relevant email addresses and domains to the Blacklist tab. You can also choose the email delivery action for the blacklisted senders.
