What is the Monitor tab for?

The Monitor tab is one of the key features in your Zoho Social, which is available in any of the paid plans. With the monitor tab, you can monitor the activities on your social channels and scour through them for specific kinds of posts. You can track keywords, wall posts, Brand @ mentions or tweets by simply clicking on the Monitor tab on your home screen.

You can also use this tool to track specific posts by your Zoho CRM Contacts or Leads.
