Where is my presentation data stored?
All your presentation data created using Zoho Show within Jira is stored in Zoho's servers. All Zoho products are GDPR compliant and keep both individual and business data safe and secure. 
 
What happens to my data if I disable or unsubscribe to the Zoho Show add-on? 
When you unsubscribe from Zoho Show for Jira, Zoho holds your data until a period of 15 days (if you had a free plan) and 60 days (if you had a paid plan). After this time, the data will be deleted. 
 
Do payments for the add-on recur automatically?
Yes, your Zoho Show add-on account recurs automatically unless it is canceled before the next billing date listed on your account. If you do not want your account to renew automatically, you must cancel before the renewal date.
 
How do I uninstall the Zoho Show add-on from Jira?
To uninstall the Show add-on, go to Jira Settings, click Manage add-ons, then Uninstall the Zoho Show app.
