• What will happen if the source mailing list is deleted?

  If the source mailing list is deleted, the journey will be stopped and cannot be activated again. You can clone the journey, select another list, and activate. 

• What will happen if the email campaign associated with a re-engagement series is deleted?

  The deletion of the associated email campaign will not affect the journey. The series will still be triggered to the recipients who perform the specified actions.

• What will happen if the signup form associated with a form submission based journey has been deleted?

  If the source signup form is deleted, the leads who have already entered the journey will only be processed.

• What will happen if the date field associated with a date-field journey is deleted?

  If the date field is deleted, the journey will be stopped and cannot be activated again. You can clone the journey, select another field, and activate. 

• What will happen to the records if a layout is deleted?

  When you attempt to delete a layout, you will be prompted to transfer the records of that layout to another existing layout.  Once you've deleted that layout, the records will be transferred to the layout that you have chosen.
