When I log-in to my account, it says I haven't authenticated my account. How do I confirm my account?

When you sign up with Zoho, an Email with the confirmation link is sent to the Email ID provided by you. The email has the subject "Welcome to Zoho!" and is sent from "accounts[at]zoho[dot]com". You can open the email and click on the confirmation link to confirm your account with Zoho. If you haven't gotten the confirmation mail, please check your Spam folder as well, just in case. However if you don't receive the mail from us, you can resend the Email.

To resend the E-mail

  • Go to Zoho Accounts and log in using your Zoho credentials.
  • From the left pane, click on My Email IDs.
  • Next to your Email Address [which will be highlighted in red] click on the small envelope image to resend the confirmation Email.
  • Once you receive the confirmation Email, you can follow the steps mentioned in the Email to confirm your account with Zoho
