Where can I access the support tickets created from Zoho Social?

Follow these steps to access support tickets created from Zoho Social,
1. Go to the Reports tab.
2.Click on the orange button
3. Here you can see support tickets grouped under:
a. Leads from Lead Ads
b. Leads from Social Actions
c. Contacts from Social Actions
d. Potentials
e. Revenue
