Which social networks can be monitored on Zoho Social?
You can add Monitoring columns for the following social channels: Facebook Page, Google My Business, and Twitter Profile. Here are the different types of columns you can add for the following social channels:
Google My Business

- Hashtag Search
Facebook Page
- Visitor Posts
- Page Mentions
Twitter Profile
- Mentions
- Timeline
- Likes
- Keyword Search
- User Search
- Lists
You cannot set up monitoring columns for LinkedIn and Facebook Groups due to API restrictions by these social networks.
