Why am I not able to see my Zoho Projects' users while associating a portal to my Zoho CRM account?

Why am I not able to see my Zoho Projects' users while associating a portal to my Zoho CRM account?

While associating an existing portal to your CRM account only active and confirmed users of your Zoho CRM account will be listed under the portal users section. You will not be able to associate the users who are part of Zoho Projects but not Zoho CRM.
