You can connect one Google My Business listing to each Brand on Zoho Social. If you're managing multiple business listings, you will have to create another Brand on Zoho Social.
Only a verified business listing can be added to Zoho Social. If you're unable to connect a business listing please make sure you have completed the verification process, or contact the account owner to verify this listing.
You can view and respond to customer reviews of the business listing from the Monitor tab. When you sign up for Zoho Social, you'll see the following columns already added for you: Reviews (If you have connected to a Google My Business listing) ...

Due to API restrictions, Zoho Social does not support multiple images and video upload on your Google My Business listing. However, you can publish posts with one image and add a CTA button.
