Why am I unable to open Zoho Social integration on my Facebook business settings?

Facebook often prevents users from making frequent changes to their apps under Business Integration. Here's a quick work-around that can help you manage permissions for Zoho Social on Facebook.

Here's how you can update permissions for Zoho Social on Facebook:  
  1. Log in to Facebook and access Business Integrations

  2. Click on the check-box next to Zoho Social and select Remove.

  3. You will then see a pop up asking if you'd also like to "Also delete all posts, photos and videos..". Please do not tick this option.

  4. Go to your Social dashboard, you'll see an alert under Brand Health "Oops! Your Facebook Page needs to be reconnected".

  5. In case the Reconnect option is not available here, go to Setup from your Home screen and click on Social Channels.

  6. Click on Reconnect and proceed to reconnect Social with Facebook.

  7. You'll see a pop up appear, asking you for permission. On this screen, click Choose What You Allow.

  8. On the next screen, make sure the Page you'd like to connect has a tick, under both the Manage your Pages and Publish as Pages manage sections. Also, you will be able to choose the pages when you click on 'Choose what you allow'.
