Why can't I invite users to my team?

You can only invite users belonging to the same domain.

Use case

If you have signed up with Zoho Sprints using the .com domain then you can only invite the users with.com domain. User A has an account in .in domain and user B has an account in .com domain. In this case, you can only add User B to your team.

Troubleshoot

If you would like to add User A to your team, then the user has to close his account in the .in domain and create a new account in .com domain.

Note:  In this case, all the Zoho accounts in the .in domain will be permanently removed.
