Why do my test emails land in the spam folder when I send to myself or team mates?
When an email is sent out, the recipient's email server, i.e, the receiving server, checks to see if it originated from a trusted network. In some cases, the receiving server fails to recognize your email domain or the server from which the email was sent, therefore your test email lands in spam folder. To prevent this happening again, we recommend following one of the two steps below :
Authenticate your domain with Zoho Campaigns and authorize our servers to send email campaigns on your behalf. Learn more.
Add the Zoho Campaigns server - zcsend.net to your safe sending list so that your receiving email server can identify you as a legit email sender.
