Why does the message "Invalid entries found please correct and resubmit" appear when visitors try to submit a form?

If this message appears, there are two courses of action you can take to resolve the issue:

 

Access your site builder at sites.zoho.com and click the form on your page.

  1. Click Form Data in the pop-up box.
  2. Click Customize Form.
  3. Make sure that none of the checkboxes in the Validation section on the right side are selected.
  4. If any are selected, click to remove the selection.
