Super admins and admins can view and edit this information. Managers can only view this information. Staff members will not have access to this information.
This section contains basic details about your workspace. To access this section, click on the
icon in the top-right corner, and navigate to Workspaces > click on the required workspace > Basic Information.
- To edit the Workspace name:
- Click the edit icon for the Name of the Workspace field.
- Enter a preferred name for the workspace, then click Save.
- To disable or enable the Workspace, toggle the Status field to the required value.
Disabling a workspace will also deactivate all services associated with it. Enabling a workspace does not activate services associated with it. You have to manually activate each service.
- To edit the Workspace description:
- Click the edit icon for "Description" field.
- Enter a preferred name for the workspace, then click Save.
