Zadarma
is a cloud-based PBX system that is integrated with Zoho CRM to provide
features such as a voice menu, recording, transferring, conditional or
unconditional forwarding calls, get call stats and much more. Use this
integration and endow your teams to make or take calls without a hitch.
Setup integration
To set up the integration,
- Go to Setup > Channels > Telephony.
- Choose Zadarma from the PhoneBridge Marketplace.
- Click Integrate.

- Click Get it now, in the Zadarma page.

Using Zadarma integration
After configuring the Zadarma integration in Zoho CRM, you can do the following:
- Click-to-dial an existing number in Zoho CRM to initiate a call.
- Use screen-pops to view the customer profiles while you're on an incoming call
- Automatically log every calls inside Zoho CRM.
- After finishing you call, you can perform any follow-up activities as required.
