Zillow

      Zillow is an online real estate database that estimates a home's market value (what they call a Zestimate). With the Zillow extension for Zoho CRM, you can now view the home valuation information directly in your leads and contacts detail page. You can also choose to search in the Zillow tab for a random home's market value.
Note: Zillow.com incorporates a number of different data sources in addition to county records, potential broker listing feeds, and user-submitted information. However, as part of this extension, you can get only the county record details.

Installing the extension

You can either go to the Zoho Marketplace and install the Zillow extension or log in to your Zoho CRM account and install. 

To install the extension
  1. Click on Setup > Marketplace > All.
  2. Click All Extensions, browse and click Zillow. 
  3. Click Install Now.
  4. Check Terms of Service and click Continue.
  5. In Choose Users/Profiles, select an option.
    The extension will be installed for the specified users.
  6. In the Extension Details page, click Settings.

  7. Click Yes if you have your Zillow server token with valid Zestimate and public data set.
    Enter the server token and click Save.
     
  8. Click No if you do not have Zillow server token.
    You will be allowed to use the extension with a common server token, and there will be usage restrictions.
  9. After installation, the Zillow web tab, Zillow Comparable Homes, and Zillow Property Info related lists will automatically be created.

Viewing property details

The Zillow extension allows you to view property details in two different places, the Zillow Webtab and the Record Details Page.

The Zillow webtab

You can enter the address of a home in the search bar to get its details. It will list the Property Details, Zestimate Details, a list of Comparable Homes, and a Map with directions to the property.
      
You can also choose an existing Lead's or Contact's address and view the details of that property. To get an idea of the details displayed in the search results, you can select a sample address and view the details of the sample property. 

Record details page  

To view the Zestimate in the Leads and Contacts details page, you just have to update the relevant address of the record. Meanwhile, a workflow rule gets triggered to update the related information in Zillow Property Info and Zillow Comparable Homes.

Uninstalling the extension

You may wish to uninstall the Zillow extension when it is no longer needed.

To uninstall the extension
  1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > All > Installed Extensions.
  2. Find the Zillow extension and click Uninstall.
  3. Click Ok to confirm uninstallation.
    The extension will be uninstalled.
