Zoho CRM Integration

Zoho Social can be integrated with Zoho CRM to help your business generate more leads from social media and close deals faster.

By integrating Facebook Lead Ads with Zoho Social, you'll be able to: 
  • Set up rules to automatically push Leads and Contacts from your social media channels to Zoho CRM. 
  • Generate leads from your Facebook Lead Ads and sync it with Zoho CRM. 
  • Know the type of posts that are helping you sell your product, and measure the revenue you're generating from individual channels with CRM Reports.
  • Empower your social media marketing team to share relevant contextual information from social media with your sales team so they can close deals faster.

Connecting social channels

New to Zoho Social? 

If you're accessing Zoho Social for the first time, you'll see the social channels you've already set up on Zoho CRM.

Haven't yet set up social channels with the Social tab in Zoho CRM?

You can get started right away:

Head over to Settings> Social Channels and connect the following social channels: Facebook Page, Twitter Profile, LinkedIn Company Page, LinkedIn Personal Profile, Instagram Profile and Google My Business Listing.
 
However, CRM integration is available only for Facebook Company Page and Twitter Profile.
Make sure you have connected the same Twitter Profile, and Facebook Page in both Zoho Social and Zoho CRM.

Enable your Zoho CRM integration with Zoho Social

Zoho Social Admins and Zoho CRM admins can enable this integration.
Head over to Settings> Social Channels and click on the CRM Integration toggle switch to enable CRM integration for the Facebook Page and Twitter Profile.

Inviting a CRM Admin to enable the integration

If you don't have the necessary permissions to enable CRM integration, you can invite your CRM Admin to enable this integration by following these steps: 
  1. Go to Settings, and click Social Channels from the drop down.

  2. Click on the CRM Integration toggle switch to enable CRM integration for the Facebook page and Twitter profile 

  3. You will see a pop-up as shown below. 



  4. Select the CRM admin and click Invite Now to enable the CRM integration.

New to Zoho CRM?

If you have already connected your social channels on Zoho Social, the same set of social channels will be available as a Brand in Zoho CRM's Social tab. You can import this Brand to Zoho CRM to complete the integration. 
  1. Here's how you can import Brands from Zoho Social.

  2. Click on Settings> Channels> Social> Brand Settings> Import Brands from Zoho Social.

  3. Select the Brand that you'd like to access on Zoho CRM.



    If you don't see the Brand, you can create a new brand by connecting the same social channels when you click on the + icon.
