Convert email conversations to real-time collaborative sessions with the Zoho Meeting add-on for Gmail. Open emails to start meetings instantly, add participants, schedule meetings with everyone included in an email, and launch upcoming meetings, all from within your Gmail account.
Installing the add-on
- Sign in to your Gmail account.
- Click the settings icon and select Get add-ons.
- Search for "Zoho Meeting for Gmail” in the G Suite Marketplace. Alternatively, you can click the menu icon in the top-left corner and select Communication, then click Zoho Meeting for Gmail.
- Click Install and provide the necessary permissions to use the add-on.
- Click Done.
Scheduling and launching meetings
1. Sign in to the add-on using your Zoho account.
2. Open any email, then click the Zoho Meeting icon on the right side panel.
- Click Meet now to start an instant meeting and add participants.
- Use the Schedule a meeting option to create meetings. Email addresses of senders and recipients will be auto-populated in the participants list, and they will receive invitation emails after you create the meeting. You can also add other participants to your meeting.
- Click View upcoming meetings to view and launch your scheduled meetings.
Uninstalling the add-on
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click the settings icon and select Get add-ons.
- Search for "Zoho Meeting for Gmail” in the G Suite Marketplace. Alternatively, you can click the menu icon in the top-left corner and select Communication, then click Zoho Meeting for Gmail.
- Click Uninstall.
