Zoho Recruit’s Resume Extractor

Resume Extractor is a user-friendly plug-in for the Chrome browser that helps users source candidates effortlessly. It parses content from almost any webpage and adds candidate records into your Zoho Recruit account. 

How to use:

  1. Drag-select the content from the candidate's profile page and click on the Resume Extractor extension icon located in the browser's toolbar.

  2. If you aren't logged into Zoho Recruit or don't have an account, the Welcome Page will be displayed. You can sign in or sign up from there.

  3. Once you're logged in, you will see the Profile Page. Click on continue to proceed.


  4. The selected data is then parsed and candidate data such as name, email id, phone number and address are populated into the respective fields in the Extractor Page.


  5. After the information is mapped, you have the option to edit the parsed details and assign a status, add a tag, add a source or even associate the candidate with a job opening before you add the record to your Zoho Recruit account with the help of the advanced options.

  6. Click on the Add to Recruit button to add the candidate into your Zoho Recruit account. A success message will be displayed.

  7. You can choose to view the candidate record inside Zoho Recruit by clicking the View in Recruit button.

Note: By default, only Zoho Recruit default fields are displayed in the Resume Extractor view. You can add or delete the fields to be displayed in the Resume Extractor view using the Customize option.
