The Zoho Social Lite edition is exclusive to those who've subscribed to any of the paid editions in Zoho CRM and/or Zoho Desk. All the Brands that are set up in the Social tab in Zoho CRM and/or Zoho Desk will automatically be in sync with Zoho Social Lite— this saves you from having to manually connect social channels with Zoho Social once again.
To access Zoho Social Lite, all you will need to do is to visit the home page of Zoho Social and click Access Zoho Social.
In Zoho Social Lite, you will be able to connect one Brand and add upto two Team Members. You can add more Brands or Team Members by upgrading to a paid plan. Alternatively, you can also purchase additional Brands as Add-ons at $5 per Add-on.

You can continue on the Lite edition or try out any of Zoho Social's paid plans.
To do this:
All your Brands will be moved to the edition that you choose. At the end of the trial period, you can choose to either Upgrade to any of Zoho Social's other editions, or you will be prompted to Move to Lite Edition.
