The Zoho Workerly integration allows you to integrate your Zoho Workerly account with Zoho Recruit. You can now easily convert a candidate to temp. Every candidate converted to temp in Zoho Recruit gets updated in the corresponding Zoho Workerly account.
Availability:
This feature is available in Enterprise, Standard, and Professional editions of Zoho Recruit.
To use this feature, you need to be an Admin for both Zoho Recruit and Zoho Workelry.
Enable Zoho Workerly
To enable Zoho Workerly in your Zoho Recruit account:
- Navigate to Setup > Marketplace > Zoho Workerly > Setup Now.
- Click on Enable button.
Manage Zoho Workerly
- Click Manage to go to the Field Mapping page. Here, all standard fields will be auto-mapped. Custom fields require manual mapping.
- Click Save.
Convert a candidate to temp
Follow the steps below to convert a candidate to temp:
- Go to the Candidates module, and choose a candidate's record.
- Click More Options (three dots) in the top-right corner and click Convert as Temp.
- All mapped fields will be displayed. You can manually map other fields and click Convert.
The candidate status will change to Converted- Temp, and it will be a read-only field. - Lock candidates by checking the Lock the candidate after conversion checkbox. It will be locked by default. You can unlock it anytime. Upon locking, the record cannot be edited.
- Attachments can be added while conversion.
Note: You cannot add more than one resume for a candidate.
Note:
Consider a scenario where A,B and C are three different users of Zylker Corp, using Zoho Recruit account. Whereas A,B and C hold three different Org accounts in Zoho Workerly.
Now, user A has enabled Zoho Recruit- Workerly integration. Any candidate converted as temp will be reflected in User A's Zoho Workerly account.
The integration can be disabled anytime but sync cannot be reverted. i.e, user B disables the integration user A has made and enables it again. Now, any candidate converted as temp will reflect in user A's Zoho Workerly account, not in B's.
