What are jobs?

Who will be able to view a job?
The Admin user, job requestor, assignee, and users like service owners or team assigned will be able to view the job, provided their profiles hold the required view privilege. Learn more on privileges in access control.
Can I move my jobs to a different blueprint?
Yes, you can move a job to follow a different blueprint created using the same service. Learn how to move jobs.
How do I perform a job?
The users who have access to perform a job will be able to view the next available transition buttons. Upon clicking the button, the job progresses to its next stage in the blueprint.

Apart from the job Assignee, the users specified in the Who can perform this transition section of the blueprint will be able to perform a job.
What is a blueprint?

What is a stage in blueprint?
Stage is a series of steps that capture the progress in a blueprint. A job moves through these stages to cover the workflow of a blueprint.
What happens when I deactivate a blueprint?
When a blueprint is deactivated, new job requests will no longer be mapped to the blueprint. Note: A blueprint can be activated only if it is published. Learn how to deactivate a blueprint.
How can I prioritize my blueprints?
