Why can't other users see templates I've created?
Make sure you've given other users the permissions to access your template. This permission does not allow others to edit or delete your template.
Can I create a campaign from the library module?
Yes. Just mouse over the template you want to use and click on the Create Campaign icon.
Can I edit other users' templates?
You can view and clone other users' templates, but you can't edit them.
How do I create a signup form from the Library module?
To create a signup form, click the Create Signup Form button in the top-right corner of the Signup Forms page.
How do I add a new folder and move images into it?
To add a new folder, Click Add a New Collection under Images tab. You can rename the folder once it's added. To add images into the folder, Drag and drop the image into the required folder.
How can I add images from the library to my campaign?
Select one of our content options such as My templates, Pre-designed templates, or Basic templates in the Content section of campaign creation. Click the Image icon in the Template toolbar. Select an image from a folder in the Library. Click Save.

No, if you do not integrate with SurveyMonkey, you cannot view the survey reports in Zoho Campaigns. To get the survey reports updated, it is mandatory to integrate the SurveyMonkey account with your Zoho Campaigns account.
