Can I rename and change the language for the More menu in the navigation bar?

Yes, you can. 

1. Click Settings at the top of your builder.
   
2. Click Language in the General menu.
   
3. Click Add Language.
   
4. Select a language and a region from the dropdown lists.
   
5. Click Add.
   
6. Click the Edit  icon to the right of the language that you have added.
   
7. Click Menu from the menu on the left.
   
8. Enter another name in the text box.
   
9. Click Save.
