Can I send a personal Facebook Friend request to a lead/contact from within Zoho CRM?

Yes, you can.
  • Simply visit the Lead or Contact's Details page and click on the Facebook icon.

  • Click Add Friend.
    The Facebook login pop-up window appears

  • Enter the Login details and follow the prompts.
