Connecting with G Suite applications

Integrate with Google

1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Settings. 

2. Select Apps under Integrations.


3. Mouse over Google and click Connect.

    

4. To comply with GDPR, we inform the activity that will be performed after integration,   

  • Import contacts from Google to Zoho MarketingHub.
  • Import Google Analytics report.
  • We will import the contacts and other content stored in Google Drive.

5. Click Continue.

     

6. Enter your Google credentials and click Allow.

What happens if I deny/change my Google account integration?

If you deny/change Google integration:

• You can't import your contacts from Google.

• You can't import Google Analytics reports.

Denying access to Google

1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Settings. select Apps under Integration.


2. Mouse over Google and click View details.

  

3. Click the Deny button beside the account name.

  

4. Click Go ahead.


   

Change Google Account 

1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Settings. 

2. Select Apps under Integrations.




3. Mouse over Google and click View details.

  

4. Click Change button available beside the account name.

  

5. Click Change, log in to another account and allow access.

 

Integrate with Google Drive

1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Settings.

2. Select Apps under Integrations.


3. Hover on Google Drive and click Connect.


4. To comply with GDPR, we inform the activities that will be performed after integration,

  • We will import leads and other files stored in Google Drive.

5. Click Continue.


6. Login to your Google Drive account.

 
 

Integrate with Google Photos

1. From the Navigation toolbar, click  Settings.

2. Select  Apps under Integration.


3. Mouse over Google Photos and click Connect. A popup will appear.


4. To comply with GDPR, we inform the activity that will be performed after integration,

  • Import your Google photos.

5. Click Continue.


6. Enter credentials for your Google account.

7. Click Allow.

What happens if I deny/change my Google Photos account integration?


If you deny/change Google Photos integration:
• Your Google Photos will not be imported.


Denying access to Google Photos

1. From the Navigation toolbar, click  Settings.

2. Select  Apps under Integrations.


3. Mouse over Google Photos and click View Details.


4. Click the Deny button beside the account name.


5. Click Go Ahead.


 

Change Google Account

1. From the Navigation  toolbar, click  Settings. 

2. Select   Apps under Integrations.


3. Mouse over Google Photos and click View Details.


4. Click the Change button beside the account name.


5. Click Change in the Change confirmation popup, log in to a new account ,and allow access.

   

To connect Google Plus account

  1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Settings.

  2. Select Apps under Integrations.

      

       3. Mouse over Google Plus and click Connect.
       4. To comply with GDPR, we inform the activities that will be performed after integration,

      • We'll share the content of your campaigns with Google+.Though we post your campaigns, we do it on your behalf. So, your followers know it's you.

      • Click Continue. Log into Google Plus account and click Allow.


    Denying access to Google Plus

    1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Settings.

    2. Select Apps under Integrations.

    3. Mouse over Google Plus and click View details.

    4. Click the Deny button beside the account name.

    5. Click Go ahead. 

      Note:

    • This option is visible only for the Google Plus account owner. You can't deny an integration with another user's account.

    • To update recent changes of Google Plus in Zoho MarketingHub, click Reassociate available beside Deny button.
