Twitter is all about expressing in a few lines. However, sometimes you want to connect your tweets and create a flow for a story. Twitter threads can be a powerful marketing tool when harnessed creatively. You can use a thread to bring an old tweet back to the feed, or share highlights about the products you launch. Twitter threads can be used to tweet live updates of an event/news.
To create a Twitter thread using Zoho Social, follow these steps:
1. Create a New Post for the main tweet (if you want to start a completely new thread), and publish it.
2. Go to Posts tab.
3. Under Published Posts, select Twitter posts.
4.Click on the post you want to create a thread for:
5. Here, you can tweet a reply under the post with text (optionally with an image or gif by clicking on the camera icon).
6. To post multiple comments on the thread, just post consecutive replies to each previous tweet:
(a) Either by clicking on the last tweet from Posts and then replying to it, like this:
(b) Or by replying to the last tweet from that thread itself, this way:
Done! Your Twitter thread is out there!
Currently, it's not possible to schedule Twitter threads, but the feature is definitely on our product roadmap.
