Reports can be filtered and customized to show exactly the data you need. The various ways to customize the report view are:
Filtering by duration: This method can be used to get records for a specific time period—whether the last week, the last month, or a custom time frame. For example, you can use this in the Recently added users report to get a list of users added in the Last 7 days.
This method is not available for MFA Reports and the Users without mailbox report. Furthermore, reports older than 90 days cannot be viewed.
Filtering by user: This method can be used to see the records of a specific user. For example, you can click a user in the Successful sign-ins report to see only the records of that user.
Filtering by location: This method can be used to see the list of users signing in from a specific work location. For example, you can click a location in the Most signed-in locations to see a list of users who signed in from that location.
This method is available only for the Most signed-in locations report.
Filtering by app: This method can be used to view the records for specific apps. For example, you can use this in the User sign-ins in apps report to get a list of users with the most sign-ins in Zoho CRM.
This method is available only for Application Reports.
Filtering by MFA mode: This method can be used for viewing the users who use a specific MFA mode to authenticate themselves. For example, you can use this to get a list of users who use
Zoho OneAuth's Face ID to verify themselves.
This method is available only for the MFA mode usage report.
To filter reports:
1. Sign in to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
2. Go to Reports, then click the report you need.
In the top-right corner, you will find one or two dropdown lists. Use them to filter the report view.
