Engaging leads through surveys

With Zoho MarketingHub, it's easy to manage and promote your surveys through email campaigns. Increase lead engagement by integrating Zoho MarketingHub with Zoho Survey.

How to integrate your Zoho Survey account

  1. From the Navigation Toolbar, click Engagement and choose Survey.
  2. Click Authorize your account.
  3. Read through the information about the integration between Zoho MakretingHub and Zoho Survey.
  4. Click Continue to integrate.

How to promote surveys through email campaigns
  1. From the Navigation Toolbar, click Engagement and choose Survey.
  2. Open a published survey that you'd like to promote through email campaigns.
  3. Click the Promote Survey button to promote your surveys through email campaigns.


Note:
  • You have to publish your survey first to promote it through email campaigns.
  • Please refresh the webpage in Zoho MarketingHub after you create a survey in Zoho Survey.
