How can I create short URLs?

There are two ways to creating short URLs on Zoho Social. You if you have a Bit.ly account, you can integrate it with your Zoho Social for link shortening. Or you could use Zoho Social's free built-in URL shortening service, zurl. To configure this, follow these steps:


1. Go to Publishing under Setup in your Home Screen.
2. Here, you'll find the option to set your Default Link Shortener under Publishing Preferences.
3. Select a default shortener from the two options: Bit.ly and zurl.co



Once you have selected one of the options, follow these steps to shorten any URL:

  1. Go to the homepage.
  2. Click New Post.
  3. Paste your original URL in the compose box.
  4. You'll see an option to shorten link.
  5. Select the option, and your shortened URL will be ready.
