How should I enable Outbox?

In the Mail Settings, select Compose, and click Delay emails in Outbox for ___ minutes. Specify a time duration till which you want to retain the email in your Outbox after you click Send. You can override Outbox by directly clicking ‘Send Immediately’ from your Outbox.
